		<description>I&#039;ve been like that about phone calls before - I think it&#039;s a basic fear of rejection. If it&#039;s a personal phone call, maybe they don&#039;t want to talk right then &amp; if it&#039;s a professional phone call, I would worry about sounding stupid on the phone or something. It was a big deal for me for a while - when I was about your age, but luckily I was in a profession that required me to make a lot of phone calls &amp; I worked thru it. 

I&#039;m VERY glad to hear that you got a job. And, despite the fact that it&#039;s not my life, I&#039;m glad it&#039;s only part time. I just think a mother of a small child working a full time job is too much.
